All items are of the handmade nature and will not be "perfect" or identical to the next piece.
PAYMENT

Payment must pay in full before product(s) is shipped out. I accept Pay Pal and credit card payments through pay pal. You may pay for purchase through our shop or request that an invoice is sent to you via email.
SHIPPING

All order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment received.
International orders require custom forms, and we are required by law to correctly identify the contents and value of your package. Me To You Treasures is not responsible for any shipment delays or custom charges. We will not be able to provide tracking for international shipment and we are not responsible for lost shipment. If you would like to add insurance to your international order, please contact us before checking out.
All my packages are sent carefully packaged in padded envelopes or boxes depending on what you purchased. They are protected with bubble wrap so they won't get damage during shipping. All these are included in the shipping fee.
However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, Me To You Treasures will not be responsible for the loss or refund because we take great care to protect your purchases before we ship them out. If you would like to put insurance on your order, please email us before you check out.
RETURN/REFUND

We will return in full or replace your purchase(s) if there is any damages to the pendents (ex. Broken Glass), other than "flaws" of the handmade nature. Provided that the buyer purchased insurance.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Note that buyers are responsible for all shipping cost for the return. All returned items must be in new condition to receive refund. You must notified Me To You Treasures within 5 days of receiving your products.
Custom Pendents are non-refundable. Custom Pendents are those that are for you the customer exclusively, that arent added to our shop and offered to other customers such as Photo Pendents etc.
